How quickly products ship? If it is already made, will ship within 2-3 days. If made to order, will need 2-3 days to make plus shipping time.

What materials are used for handmade jewelry?  Due to my sensitivity to skin, I use mainly gold plated or filled-gold pieces (wires, hoops, chains) The material type will always be listed under the item description. If you have any questions, please let me know. 

How to care jewelry to make it last long? Gold plated jewelry are tipically long lasting IF taken proper care. To make sure your pieces last long, please follow care instructions:

-Keep away from moist environments, avoid leaving them in bathroom when showering as steam get them wet. Avoid pools, sauna, lakes. 

-Remove when exercising to prevent sweat tarnishing jewelry and scratching of jewelry pieces.

-Wear your jewelry AFTER you have applied any lotions, perfumes, hair sprays or body sprays to prevent your jewelry from tarnishing.

-Remove before going to sleep to prevent bending or breakage.

-For Long/fringe earrings, store them hanging to prevent strings from bending, or lay them flat on soft surface with all strings straight down.

 

Do you take special requests for jewelry?  Depending on design, I do like to take requests for special jewerly, please send me a message of what you would like to see.

Do you accept returns? due to hygiene concerns, no returns are accepted as I would not be able to sell them again. If your package arrives broken, damage, please reach out to me within 5 days of arrival ro replace, send me an email and pictures please.
